Hey All, Kirsty here just wanted to introduce myself for some of our new clients/followers and tell you all about me and my fitness and health background and why i am so passionate about what i do.

 I have over 24 years background in Adult health and Social care where i can help with specialist classes for older adults, clients with Learning disabilities and or autism and carers community.

📍I love dance and music and have danced since around 3 years old where i graded and performed on stage over the years ballet, tap, disco, mime, gymnastics.

📍I was part of every school sports team and won an award for achievement every year in high school for PE & sports day.

 

📍I ran & competed in athletics for Derbyshire.

 

📍I danced for Sheffield Eagles Rugby, Sheffield United & Sheffield Wednesday football teams 

 

📍I have danced for pop music videos.

 

 📍Filmed fitness videos for TV, care homes, and websites.

 

📍I taught & did pole fitness.

 

📍Setup fitness sessions for adults with learning disabilities & carers for a charity after seeing the inequality and lack of inclusion for them to access fitness sessions.

 

📍Delivered many community and private fitness sessions.

 

📍Written programmes for clients.

 

📍Worked with public health England to look at better Fitness for adults with learning disabilities.

 

📍Worked with partner organisations to deliver sessions in care homes, schools, Gyms, social care, charities, workshops, Teambuilding sessions.

 

📍Run my own community classes.

 

📍Run children's birthday parties, hen dos and special occasions.

 

📍Working with local Gyms to deliver freelance sessions.

 

📍Working with Motion to deliver sessions in carehomes across England.

 

📍I also still work 18 hours in my social care job which I have done for 24 years and 17 at Sheffield Mencap where I specialise in Learning disabilities and Autism

 

📍I am a mum to my 15 year old son and have a dog 🐕 I totally understand trying to juggle EVERYTHING!

 

📍I love travelling, photography, music, theatre cinema, walking, been outdoors spending time with my family and friends👪 

 

I have worked hard to continually educate myself, to progress both my buisness and help lots of new clients within my scope of practice and building up my fitness family 👪 who I adore.
